Wow I just wanted to say that your map is absolutely stunning Warlin!
How did you get those lines around your coastlines?
Warlin - that's understandable. My French is terrible, and I never know if Google translate does a good job either.
What Snodsy said is a good way to do that. Also, using the smudge tool to blend things is another helpful technique.

That looks really good. Almost looks like watercolor on paper, which is quite nice.
I think the colors look great and well blended too.

That color blending looks good. I like how it's more green around the rivers, but the grade as you go out from the riverbanks is subtle.
By the way, I love that cliff in the center!

It's coming along nicely Warlin, very watercolor indeed.

An update of my work on Erandas. The previous version suited me no more and I wanted a little more practise on the mountains and forests drawing.
There is a lot of thing to be done. Next stage, the coast border.
I hope you enjoy the new version. All suggestions and opinions are welcome.
The grid is way to strong, its killing your linework, it should be not much thicker then the line work of your mountains. The forests are very sleek, I like them so far. Ah and your rivers are overwhemingly thick too. This creates some desonance on your map. Try to focus on a streamlined line variation on your maps. This is an issue which appears on your former maps too.
Thanks for the comment Schwarzkreuz. Indeed the greed is a bit strong, and it' s not the final version, i add it for the perspective and i don't allready know if i let it like this (with a thiner linewidth) or integrate it only on the sea.
For the thikness of the river, it is only this week that i experiment a stylus with pressure sensitivity, i have to master it. I want to color the river in the final version and want them to be wider at their end.
I really like this map; the perspective effect, the lines, the colours, everything is fantastic.
