Not bad at all. Beside a few rivers issues, the thing that is a bit odd is to use some top down style forests with some iso/side view mountains. You might want to keep some consistency on all your geographic elements. Otherwise, some nice colors.
Hi there! I haven't done many world maps, so decided to get some practice with a personal project. Any tips, comments or critique? Thanks!

Thanks for the comments Max! I tried some isometric forests earlier, but managed to get them to look like the trees were as high as the mountains. Going to experiment with them some more. Thanks!
A fine first attempt I'd say, but I concur with Max's critique.

Ok, Thanks for your help. I tried some different style forests, do you think that the perspective is more believable with this example?

Also, should I upload these kind of screenshot files somewhere else and link them here, or is it ok to attach them here? I tried to find out reading some read me first-threads but couldn't find how it's preferred here...
Yes indeed it looks more consistent (and pretty nice btw )
Thanks Max! Appreciate it! I'll draw the forests again with that style, but first I think I'll fix the rivers. Now that it was mentioned, I noticed that most of them don't flow the right way...
Very nice map with gorgeous colors. Did you need the black contour for your mountain labels? It kinda break the harmony of the labels imo.
Thanks a lot! Hm, not necessarily, I'll look into it when I revisit the typography. Thanks!
Nice map, very dramatic colors.
