World Fantasy Map

Project Scope:

Startup Media Company (JP Indigo Media LLC) needs to improve the aesthetic quality of existing functional Campaign Cartographer 2 map for their Fantasy Novel series. Minor additions to the existing map will be required.

Translation: The pen monkey created a functional map for his world but it is definitely not at the professional quality level necessary to share with the world.

Setting:

See attached map for details.

Don’t snicker too much.

The number and letter symbols are cross-references to a database.

We’ll provide the data for each symbol, as necessary.

Design concept:

We imagine the look of an aged, hand drawn print scroll, circa. Middle Ages/Renaissance.

Number of maps:

One world map displaying the following information: 1) World Name, 2) Name for each country, 3) Select City Names, 4) and Select Geographical Names.

Technical:

Black and White.

Need low and high resolution as this image will be displayed on a website and used in merchandise via Zazzle, FineArtAmerica, Design by Human, etc, etc, etc…

Copyrights:

JP Indigo Media LLC will have the right to use the image for commercial purposes and the artist will have the right to exhibit the image as part of his portfolio but not to exploit it for commercial gain.

Buy-Out Option: JP Indigo Media LLC will retain the option to completely buy out the copyright within the next 10 years for $750.00 USD.

Deadline:

We will need this by mid-December, 2014.
