How did I do on my first map?

This is the first map I made in CC2. I made it for a game me and my now brother-in-law were working on. We never did finish the game, but the map turned out pretty well. I figured I could post it here and see what everyone thinks of it so any critique at all is welcomed. I made it years ago over the course of several days. I'm sure I made plenty of mistakes. So how did I do?

Not bad at all for a first map. Have some rep just for your first map post.

There are plenty of artistic comments that could be made, things like your overly bright colors, some of the regions are "too full", and the like, but honestly, for a first attempt, it's pretty good.

I recommend you go spend some time looking through the Gallery here, and start to get some ideas on what the best looking maps are doing to look so good, and also read some tutorials on mapping techniques. Before long, you'll be making some fantastic maps, and I'm looking forward to seeing them

RULE # 1( ONE ) !!!!
there are NO RULES ( just guidelines)

a bit to "noisy" , but that is just an opinion
the colors a bit too saturated for MY tastes

over all not bad , and a HECK of a lot better than some i have seen
