Error when trying to do search

I'm getting:

connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

when I do the advanced search with keywords "first map".

That happens on pretty much any search. The googlybeast suggests that it's because the searchd daemon hasn't been started, which could because there was a server restart and that daemon isn't set to auto-start on reboot.

Yeah, I've noticed the same with any search I've made. I had to climb through 75 pages in the Finished Maps Forum just to find my city of Kasai map I was linking in a thread recently, since I couldn't get there with a search...

i learned a long time ago not to use the almost always BAD search tool on most sites
the server space is just WAY TO SMALL and the cpu cycles way too expensive to implement a GOOD search tool


use Google and the "site:" tag
