Wip Diexiel City - The City of the Exiled

    Good Evening guys!

This is the first map of the Diexiel City from my RPG scenario, this city has currently 4 maps in total. The city lore is on the image. I hope you all like it

Hi Tulio Botinha, this is a really nice concept and a wonderful background story! Very inspiring...The colouring of the maps mirrors the described flair of the city very well.

    Good Evening!

I'm looking for a way to draw the walls, if I simply draw them like i do normally and scan it (even if my scanner really like to take my shadows and put white where they should be hahaha), then i cant remove the white, if i cant remove the white, then i can't overlay it on the computer and the way that i did on the last one simply does not look good. Any tips on that?

On another subject, this isn't a map but it is how ruin of the city should look like.

Try having the layer with your sketch/drawing on set to Multiply. You may need to fiddle with some other brightness adjustment layers or similar on top of that but it should work.

I finally read through all the text on your images and it is a very evocative setting. I really like the idea of what is essentially a giant cistern from a previous city being the focus of the settlement.

I done the perspective completely wrong in this one, i was just testing a way to do the cliffs and walls, what do you guys think about this way to draw them?

Well, the perspective is off, true, but at least they look like cliffs and walls, which is more than most of mine do
