The photo itself wouldn't be a layer, but you could import it and place it on a layer and a sheet of your choosing. After that, you can hide it.
I am thinking about purchasing CC3 for board game mapping. But I would also like to use it for outdoor reference maps of actual locations, like a campground map, etc. In Photoshop I can bring in aerial imagery and use that as a layer under my drawing layers. Then I hide or delete the photo layer when finished with the map. Can anyone tell me if I can do the same for CC3?
Than you.
