    Help Bevel/Emboss-Zoom & View-Changes

    Hey guys!

I'm professional with Photoshop, but this really bugs me. When I use any effect (bevel/emboss, outline, etc.) this changes while zooming in and out so that the effect gets unproportional to what is viewed.
Is there any way I can modify the settings of PS so that bevel/emboss doesn’t change the view with zoom? It’s VERY annoying and really doesn’t allow for zoomed-out view and work… only 100% view is possible to work with, which is not useful at all...

Pretty desperate here, also included a pic.
    Thanks for helping! =)

because this is not a GIS software based rendering using the latitude and longitude and height above sealevel and map projection data

the "bumpmap" filters in PS and Gimp and Krita and so on

are "fake" bumpmap effect tools ( although some can use a height map for the shading)
