I have no idea why this thread is called "orbital insertion" when it has nothing to do with space maps
As for your map - geological reasoning is sound, except the super massive volcano which seems too much for an active fold and thrust boundary like that one. Also, volcanoes normally appear "in the back" of the tectonic boundary, on the plate that is not being subducted, but that's a detail you can overlook. Or not... spend some time looking at Chile's coast and mountains, topographic maps, google maps, satellite views (all sort of colors, from atacama desert to alpine patagonia) - that's the sort of elevation distribution you want.
As for the textured, green and blue, map... hmmm, meh, what can one say..
