Yeah. I like this map.
Hello!
Here's my third big project, the Northern Realm. This one is a bit more personal than the other two, one of which just devolved into a practice map.
I just continually discard entire universes... But anyways, this one might be the one! erm.. Until the next one!

Hope you enjoy!

Stunning!
It makes me want to see what it looked like when it was fresh off the press... which means, of course, that you have aged it perfectly

Very subtle work on colors, and perfect harmony of style between heraldy and those borders, nice work!

The first thing I see is the coastline of Netherlands, Germany and Poland... coincidense?
It's visually a very beautiful map, the colours, tapestry-style look and the coats of arms look great. The land however is bit dry, it would be nice to see some more rivers on it.
The tapestry idea is awesome, as well as the palette, the textures, the crests, the font and pretty much everything
The only thing I'm not fond of are the trees, a bit too small and "patterned"
Great work!

Super map! I love the aged look and the striking colours. The border is a thing of beauty. Have to agree with Tom that the trees are a little too regularly spaced, and it drags me out of the 'olde worlde' feel somewhat, but that aside it's a fantastic piece.
