World Map for D&D

Hello.

I am looking to have a map commissioned for future D&D campaigns (these campaigns will be posted to my youtube channel). I would like a map that contains three main continents. Essentially, I want a blank map (without country borders, place names, etc, I can add them in myself later). As for style, I dont need it ultra-realistic but I don't want a cartoony map. I would like the map to be reasonably large, so that I could, in theory, zoom in on certain countries within the world. I'm not in a rush for the map.

I would like reproduction rights to the map.
I would like copyright of the map.
I will have the right to use the image for commercial purposes, the artist will have the right to exhibit the image as part of his portfolio but not to exploit it for commercial gain.
