City Map based on a real Map

I'm looking for an artist :3

I need a map for my LARP Event.
The Map needs to be based on a real piece of map, with the same topographical structure and the same streets, but with buildings instead of a forest :3

My LARP is taking place 300 years after the city got destroyed. I wanna give the map to my players and they need to go to some places that were houses to the old time.

The map should be digital and black and whtie. It should be pirntable on A3.

I will provide you the real map with some places that I need to have drawn on exaclty that places and the rest is free. It's a wood elven city, so you should know a little bit about elves :3
