Nice projection. Does remind me of like, an old licensing office map.

Oh wow, how do you make the elevation and decide on the river placement? I have no clue how to make such a result

45 min to finish drawing only one square on this Map. I don't know if I'll be able to achieve this one on time... but I have got time.
    Cheers.

I need characters for my western.
If you want to appear in my production, try to answer the following challenges.
    1. I choose a vintage map to inspire this one and I left some clues to guess which one. If you can find it, you deserve a leading role !
    2. If you don't find which map in particular, you can still find out which particular region inspired me. A clue : it's in the USA...
    3. Still some important roles to distribute : where do the iconographies used to illustrate the future explanatory text come from ? Watch out, there's a trap.
    4. The easy question : what is my favorite western ?
    5. The subsidiary question to embody the big vilain : how many level lines did I use to develop the relief of this map ?
Be sharp and draw your keyboards faster than your shadow. Places are expensives and the cemetery awaits the slowest of you !

Should the "rom" in the bottom text be "from"?

Really liking the look on this one. So much caterpillary goodness! Dime novel covers! A sweet set of fonts!

It is absolutely gorgeous. The details and intricacy of it all blows my mind! The colors are very well chosen too, and the legends and captions give a very credible and professional look. What software do you use to process the elevation?
The sides maybe look a tad blank, but that's just a detail!
Anyway, probably my favorite map of the challenge so far
