Cancarii Prime was a Commission piece that I've done.

Watermarks added, as some of my maps were posted in other sites without asking.

Starting from top left to bottom right
The Red Ward (Top left): These are the homes/barracks/facilities of the red guard. They are the ultimate fascist authoritarian police. Military type style. Red coloured. Maybe an arena or training ground?
Beast warrens (Top right): One of the last refugees of animal life left on the planet. They're used to provide luxury meats for the ultra rich. Long stretches of industrial farming. No homes, workers commute from the south end.
Coinway (Top left under red warden): An endless bazaar of markets and public houses. A few luxury mansions in between.
The Citadel (Middle castle): the seat of ultimate power in the city. A council of elders that have been cloning themselves for thousands of years and their families have exclusive access to these immense towers. Elven, crystalline, Gold. They cast their Shadow to the north across the Beast Warrens.
The oasis (Small green patch below Citadel): a small patch "natural" Forest.
Hightown / The hive (Top Right under beast warren): a network of ugly towers hovering above an ultra dense network of homes. The towers cast their shadows to the north across the beast warrens and the docks
The docks (Right side): at the base of a cliff are a long line of docks. There are two ways into the city. To the north a large gate (blue thing) leads to a highway straight to the Citadel. With an exit into hightown. To the South is a rickety elevator.
Grunge town (Bottom left of city): poor, low quality housing dotted with small industrial plants.
The reclamator (The factories in grudge town, with smoke): large dirty industrial processing. Spewing gas mostly green or black but all colours possible
Low density poor housing with many shops, merchants and warehouses.
The Barrows (Bottom left city): destroyed part of city, nearly no work there. Has a organization base in old castle.
Low town (Bottom town in woods/swamps): down the cliff and across the river are poor non residents who often still work in the city. Bollywogs/Lizard men style. Swampy Land.
