Default Costal city map in a greek/hellenic setting for a private TTRPG game

Hello everyone! I am looking for an artist to commission for a map of the main city of a campaign I am running for a group of friends.

I have a budget of ~$250, and am looking for a fairly professional look, though I understand the limitations of my budget and am willing to adjust if needed.

My general request as far as styling goes would be along this style:

Where it is still readable or labeled, but is more about the artistic depiction than a grid street map.

There are a few locations that myself and my players created together, and thus would need to be a bit more exaggerated on the map to denote them as a key feature. For the sake of keeping this post shorter I will spare listing them, but there are around 10-12 of them that may need to be featured.

Here is a reference for the general look of the buildings in the city, and I can provide more insight if this interests you:

Ideally this would be done in about 2 weeks, but my group is understanding and I don't mind waiting longer if needed!

Thank you for your time and I hope we can work together on this project!
