Hello one and all

I am looking for a passionate mapmaker to realize a second world fantasy map that I've sketched (link below), but would like to see professionally done. I'm not the greatest artist. It belongs to a three-part novel, complete with different factions, topography and environments, and deep lore. I'd love for it to be hand drawn, but am open to digital platform as well. Ideally, because this map is very complicated and requires a lot of detail, we'd talk through many of the minutiae. I have a word doc with a lot of the important landmarks and environmental descriptions already. I also don't want to micro-manage, I want your creativity to flourish. The only thing I ask is communication.

I really like the tea-stained map style. With slight color differentiation to show unique landscapes. Open to payment negotiation; let me know what you want and I'll let you know if I can meet that request.

Please let me know timeline, going rate, and possibly share any link to portfolios. And most importantly, ask me questions. Because I am new to this, I don't know what information you need.

Happy to help you with your unusual map commission. I've worked with many clients who have extensive briefs. My fantasy map commission portfolio. My prices are based on the print size and if it's color or black and white and what kind of color style it is, so without an idea of how large the print will be, I can't give a meaningful estimate beyond "three digits, probably mid three digits."
