Thread: Photoshop: Smooth Edges

    Post Photoshop: Smooth Edges

I want to create a Wooden wall pattern, but the sides of the boards (right and left) have a slightly different color creating a thin line in the connection. What tool or filter in photoshop can smooth the edges? I tried blur, but didn't get the result I wanted.

    A million ways ....

You might paint the edges of the board texture with color set to a brown and with a brush set to Hue mode. That will make the edges the same color.

If you are trying to make a seamless texture then you can go to the filters>other>offset function and bump the left right edges over 20 or so pixels then paint out the edge.
